The Procedure

Dental Implant treatment is generally completed in two stages
Surgery and Placement.

Stage One
Dental Implant Surgery. During this stage, the Dental Implant is surgically inserted into jawbone. We use precise, gentle surgical techniques to place the Implant correctly and efficiently. This treatment is performed in our office under local anesthesia or Sedation Dentistry.
With Sedation Dentistry you will be relaxed and at ease throughout the procedure. You are not unconscious at any time, just in a deeply relaxed state.

Stage Two
Tooth Placement
After 3 to 6 months, once the Osseointegration (bonding to bone) has taken place, the replacement tooth can then be permanently fastened into place. A Crown, Bridge or stabilized Denture can then be attached to the Implant – finishing the final stages of treatment to replace your missing tooth.
